Love to cook, but want to save time and be more efficient in the kitchen? Today’s post is for YOU!
This is a post I have wanted to write for some time! I have always had a passion for cooking, and over the past three years, that passion has niched down to loving to cook healthy meals. I would say I cook about 95% of our meals a week (we sometimes eat out once on the weekends, thats it). You best believe that for me to be doing all this cooking, I’ve found some great kitchen tools that have made cooking so much easier. Today I’m going to share six of my favorite kitchen gadgets that have made cooking a lot easier for me through affiliated links!
Milk Frother
If you follow me on Instagram – I’m pretty sure you could have already guessed I was going to share this guy! I LOVE my milk frother! I have shared it a zillion times with you on my Instagram stories because it makes my coffee THAT much better. I use this to froth almond milk for my coffee (sometimes even adding in collagen creamer, check out THIS Instagram post for the details of how I do this). I also love to travel with this, because it elevates my coffee, no matter where I go.
THIS is the exact milk frother I have and I am obsessed!
Produce Saver Storage Containers
Rubbermaid FreshWorks Produce Storage single container or the set
Y’all know I love my produce, specifically greens and berries. I also only like to go shopping once a week, and I was finding my produce wasn’t keeping all week. These storage containers are the ticket to keeping your produce fresh longer. These are the only containers that keep my berries from starting to mold midweek. They also are great for salad greens. Don’t waste your time with old wive tales of using vinegar spray to make your produce last longer (it honestly doesn’t work) and invest in these containers. They’ll pay for themselves in how much food you won’t waste!
I have THIS set of three containers, but you can also just get a single size HERE.
KitchenAid Spiralizer Attachment
KitchenAid Spiralizer Plus Attachment
This is a game changer for making zoodles (zuchinni noodles). I use this attachment at least once a week, and it has truly cut down the amount of time it takes to get dinner ready. We used to use a hand zoodle spiralizer – and not only did it take forever, it sort of hurt your hand. I would never go back to my old ways of making zoodles now that I have this baby. You can also use this attachment to peel, core, and slice a variety of produce – so it’s super versatile!
THIS is the exact attachment I have with all of the different slicers!
Silicone Baking Cups
Amazon Basics Silicone Cupcake Baking Cups
My mom gifted me these liners and I am obsessed! I actually don’t use them for cupcakes like most people do. I use these for egg muffin cups or frittatas to make quick and healthy breakfasts. I also use them to make F-Factor Healthy Muffins. These liners can fit either in a cupcake pan or they can stand up by themselves. My mom actually lines these up in her air fryer to make her F-Factor Muffins and they are delish!
You can get a pack of 12 or 24 of my exact Silicone Baking Cups HERE.
Garlic Press
ORBLUE Stainless Steel Garlic Press
If you don’t know what a garlic press is – this is about to knock your socks off. I haven’t minced garlic in three years, and I have no regrets. I actually HATE mincing garlic – it’s a terrible task. I love to use a garlic press because it literally minces garlic in seconds. Once you get one of these, you’ll never go back.
I got my garlic press a few years ago, but HERE is a very similar one.
Over-Sink Roll Up Drying Rack
Surpahs Over the Sink Roll Up Dish Drying Rack
This gadget is the bees-knees! We used to have a drying back that sat inside or next to the sink, but it was super bulky and tacky. I hated it! We were visiting friends, and after breakfast, they just whipped out this drying rack from under the sink and rolled it out. Brandon and I were both so amazed, I ordered this on my amazon app right then and there! I am obsessed with this. Since you can roll it up, it’s only out when you need it. When it’s not in use, it’s under the sink – leaving our sink area open and pretty!
There are lots on amazon, but THIS is the one we have and I love the quality!
There you have it! Every time I use these items, I am so thankful that I discovered them to make healthy cooking more efficient and fun! Let me know if you snag one of these kitchen hack tools – they are worth it!!
